This page is designed to provide everything you need to know about using the client portal to seamlessly move your candidate through the JobLeaders IDA process.

- Candidate IDA Stage Definitions:
- Submitted – You have submitted your candidate to complete the In-Depth Assessment process and an automated introduction email has been sent to your Candidate. Next, JobLeaders will send your Candidate information to complete the online assessment.
- Online Assessment Sent – Your candidate has received an email with detailed instructions to access and complete the online assessment, but they have not yet completed the assessments.
- Online Assessment Completed -Your candidate has completed the online assessments, generating an automated email to schedule the behavioral interview, with a subject line “JobLeaders Behavioral Interview”.
Please coordinate with the candidate and use the link in your email to schedule the JobLeaders behavioral interview. - Interview – You have successfully scheduled the interview between your candidate and JobLeaders.
After the interview, Jobleaders will compile their findings, prepare a confidential IDA report for the hiring leader, and email you a notification once the IDA has been sent to the hiring leader. - IDA Completed – JobLeaders has completed the In-Depth Assessment report of your candidate and will meet with the hiring leader to review the report.
- IDA Discontinued – Your candidate has been removed from the IDA process. Please contact the hiring leader if you have any questions.
