We partner with hiring leaders, providing powerful insights to support informed and effective hiring decisions:

  • Set the foundation: using our Client Portal, we gather information about the candidate and agreement from the hiring leader(s) about competencies required for success in the role and culture.
  • Assess the candidate: we assess candidates through personality assessments and our In-Depth behavioral interview.
  • Analyze: we evaluate candidates’ data within our Client Success Dataset to produce a hiring fit range.

Deliver Hiring Report and Debrief: We deliver a confidential report to the hiring leader(s). The report includes a hiring fit range and qualitative feedback. We review the report with the hiring leader(s) and discuss how to best support and develop the candidate if hired.

Deliver Post-Hire Metrics: We partner with our clients to collect and monitor their post-hire executive success data over time.

Deliver Post-Hire Coaching: We offer post-hire Executive Coaching where we apply information gathered during Executive Selection to support executive onboarding, engagement and retention.
