Welcome to your JobLeaders In-Depth Assessment (IDA) Client Portal!

This page is designed to provide everything you need to know about using the client portal to seamlessly move your candidate through the JobLeaders IDA process.


In-Depth Assessment (IDA) Client Portal:


Getting Started

  • JobLeaders will email an invite to the recruiter to access the client portal
  • The recruiter selects the link in the email and is taken to a page to create a password​
  • Once successfully logged in, the recruiter will see the homepage, and ‘Contacts’. ​
    • The recruiter will see their name and all candidates submitted.
    • Recruiters only have access to candidates they have personally submitted. ​
  • Recruiter will save the link in browser for ease of future access. ​
    • Login information is: Recruiter’s work email, and a unique password (recruiter creates). ​
    • If needed, recruiter can select ‘Forgot Password’ on the login page. ​

Submitting New Candidates

  1. Access the JobLeaders Portal, and navigate to the “Contacts” tab
  2. Select the “Create Contact” icon in the top-right
  3. Fill out the following fields as they relate to the candidate you are submitting:
    1. Candidate IDA Stage (read only): this field tracks IDA candidate status.
    2. IDA Process Timeframe (mandatory):
      1. Standard: selected by default and indicates agreed upon time required for a standard IDA process (end-of-day, on day after candidate interview).
      2. Expedited: select if an accelerated timeframe is needed with a particular candidate. Please Note: there will be an additional cost for Expedited IDAs (IDA report delivered end-of-day, on day of candidate interview).
    3. First Name (mandatory): enter candidate’s first name.
    4. Last Name (mandatory): enter candidate’s last name.
    5. Email (mandatory): enter candidate’s preferred email to be used during the IDA process.
    6. Candidate’s Resume/upload (mandatory): upload your candidate’s resume.
      1. Candidate Resume/copy & paste: field provided to copy & paste if issues uploading candidate resume.
    7. Previous Interview Notes (optional): upload notes from other interviews with the candidate.

    8. Job Title (mandatory): job title the candidate will be interviewed for
    9. Job Description/upload (mandatory): upload job description the candidate will be interviewed for
      1. Job Description/copy & paste: field provided to copy & paste if issues uploading the job description.
    10. 1stHiring Leader Email (mandatory): enter hiring leader’s work email and name (e.g.: Jane Doe doe@company.com), to receive confidential IDA Report.
    11. 2nd-4thHiring Leader Email (optional): enter additional hiring leader(s) work email and name to receive the confidential IDA Report.
  4. Click ‘Save’

Checking Status of Previously Submitted Candidates

  1. Access the IDA Portal and navigate to the “Contacts” tab
  2. Select the Candidate’s name you want to review
  3. View the Candidate’s IDA Status in the ‘IDA Stage’ field highlighted below (stages are listed below):
    1. Submitted
    2. Online Assessment Sent
    3. Online Assessment Completed
    4. Interview
    5. IDA Completed
    6. IDA Discontinued

Scheduling Your Candidate Interview with JobLeaders

  1. Click the ‘Schedule Interview’ link you received in the email with the subject line: JobLeaders Behavioral Interview
  2. Coordinate with your candidate and select their preferred date and time
  3. Provide the following candidate information:
    1. Name: Candidate’s name
    2. Email: Candidate’s email
    3. Preferred Phone Number: Candidate’s preferred phone number
    4. Verification: type letters & numbers displayed in image

IDA Stage Definitions

Submitted:
You have submitted your candidate to complete the pre-hire In-Depth Assessment (IDA) process and an automated introduction email has been sent to your candidate. Next, JobLeaders will email your candidate information to complete the online assessments.

Online Assessment Sent:
Your candidate has received an email with information to access and complete the online assessments, but they have not yet completed the assessments.

Online Assessment Completed:
Your candidate has completed the online assessments, generating an automated email to the recruiter to schedule the Behavioral Interview, with a subject line JobLeaders Behavioral Interview. Please coordinate interview timing with the candidate and access the link in your email to schedule the JobLeaders Behavioral Interview.

Interview:
The recruiter has successfully scheduled the Behavioral Interview between the candidate and JobLeaders. After the interview, Jobleaders will compile findings, and prepare the confidential IDA Report that will be sent to the hiring leader(s).

IDA Completed:
JobLeaders has completed the confidential IDA report and sent it to the hiring leader(s). JobLeaders will offer a recommended, but optional, IDA debrief with the hiring leader(s). The recruiter will receive an email notification once the IDA Report has been sent to the hiring leader(s).
