Performance and business results will always take a hit when workforce capabilities are misaligned with strategic objectives. Disconnects can happen over time, or with planned transitions. Through our Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) we identify and realign our clients’ workforce capabilities to deliver their strategic objectives. Our SWP program increases our clients’ workforce performance, supports transitions, and often offers cost efficiencies.
We partner with leaders to align their workforce to deliver on strategic objectives:
- Set the foundation: we verify our clients’ strategic objectives and timeframes.
- Assess the workforce: through our SWP process, we gather information about roles and responsibilities, headcount, capabilities, potential gaps and opportunities.
- Analyze: we identify gaps or inconsistencies in the workforce relative to deliver the strategic objectives.
Deliver the Strategic Workforce Plan (SWP): We deliver a SWP that represents the current workforce and highlights opportunities to align capabilities to deliver the strategic objectives. The SWP may include multiple years depending on the original objectives.
Deliver the Workforce Action Plan (WAP): We deliver a WAP that prioritizes actionable steps to realign the workforce capabilities and size to deliver the strategic objectives that will drive business results.
